José Antonio López
José Antonio López is a versatile singer who navigates between styles and periods, from the Baroque to contemporary music, always paying attention to the stylistics of each period and the use of the voice at the service of music.
His regular engagements in venues such as the Berliner Philharmonie, Hamburg Laeiszhalle, Musikverein in Vienna, Mozarteum in Salzburg, or the Opera in Lausanne, with orchestras such as the Cincinnati Symphony, BBC Symphony, or Budapest Festival, credit his great artistic moment, with conductors such as Bolton, Dudamel, Fischer, Heras-Casado, Luisotti, Marcon, Mena, Noseda, Pons or Rouset.
This season he will debut in Los Angeles with the LA Phil and Gustavo Dudamel performing Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. His lyrical activity has experienced a great growth in the last few years, with an important presence of Baroque and contemporary music, as well as Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Wagner and Strauss, among others.
