The members of Seed Ensemble are:


She began studying bassoon with Eduard Bazaco and Eugènia Sequeira and later with bassoonist David Tomàs at ESMUC, her reference teacher, and with other teachers such as Giorgio Mandolesi, Bernardo Verde, Pep Borràs and Salvador Sanchís. She is a member of the young orchestras JONC and Orquestra S. XXI. She has been a member of the Gran Teatre del Liceu Academy and a collaborator of the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, Gran de Teatre del Liceu Orchestra, the Carles Santos Company, among others. She is currently a member of the Càmera Musicae Symphony Orchestra and a bassoon and chamber teacher at the Igualada School of Music / Conservatory.


She began her musical studies at the age of 8, and obtained the Professional Degree in Oboe and Chamber Music at the Conservatory Mariano Pérez de Requena (Valencia). She continued her training at the Joaquín Rodrigo Conservatory in Valencia, the University of Nashville (USA) and the University of Music and Dance in Cologne (Germany). As a soloist, she has worked with the main young orchestras in the state, as well as with the Symphonies of Valencia, Barcelona and Nacional of Catalonia, Ràdio Televisió Espanyola and the Diaghilev Festival Orchestra. She has performed throughout Spain, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Russia, Canada and the United States. She is currently part of the Barcelona Reed Quartet and is an oboe soloist with the Barcelona Municipal Band.


He studied clarinet at the Municipal School of Music in Premià de Mar, at the Professional Conservatory of Music in Badalona and at the ESMUC, as well as at the Higher School of Music in Lübeck (Germany) with the international soloist S. Meyer.

He has played with the JONC, participated as an academician in the Lübeck Philharmonic Orchestra and is regularly invited as a soloist at the Strings Luzern Festival, the Geneva Camerata, the Gran Teatre del Liceu Orchestra, the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra and Nacional de Catalunya, the Lübeck Philharmonic and the Spanish Radio and Television Orchestra, among others. He is a member of the Spira Mirabilis project and the renowned wind quintet Azahar Ensemble. In 2016 he made his debut as a soloist with the Orquestra Camera Musicae at the Palau de la Música Catalana.


Trained at the ESMUC, the CRR in Paris and the Scuola Civica Claudio Abbado in Milan, the flutist Elisabet Franch has received numerous international recognitions such as the Grand Prize of the 27th World Music Competition, the Vienna New Year's International Music Competition, 1st prize and Jury Prize at the American Protégé Woodwinds and Brass Competition, the Anton Rubinstein International Flute Competition or the Primer Palau, among others. Her record debut, Gypsy Airs (Solfa Recordings, 2015) was awarded with two gold medals at the Global Music Awards in California and Best Classical Album at the Akademia Music Awards in Los Angeles.

In 2013 the legendary flutist Sir J. Galway awarded him the Rising Star Award at the Galway Flute Festival. Later, in 2016, he moved to China as a soloist with the Suzhou Symphony Orchestra and two years later became a soloist with the Tianjin Symphony Orchestra. In 2020 he recorded his second album in Vienna, the result of the award of the 27th World Music Competition.


Pianist and mathematician, she was nominated for the Rising Stars of the BBC Music Magazine. She has obtained the Master's in Interpretation from the Royal College of Music in London and the Degree and Master's in Interpretation from the ESMUC, as well as the Degree in Mathematics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. She is currently a PhD student at the Royal Conservatory of Birmingham. In 2018 she released her debut album The French Reverie, presented in five countries, including cities such as New York, Toronto, Boston, Los Angeles, Montreal, Barcelona, Madrid and London, among many others.

As a soloist, she has performed in Spain, France, Germany, Canada, the United States, Bulgaria and the United Kingdom. Her concerts have been scheduled in many venues, including the University Club of Montreal, the Eutherpe Foundation, the Ateneo de Madrid, Art Share LA, Rolston Recital Hall, CBSO Center, Bulgaria Hall, Steinway Hall, MNAC and L'Auditori of Barcelona, and has been invited to various festivals. She has worked with directors such as E. Colomer, T. Lines, J. Deroyer, S. Schick, T. Sorey, T. Foskett-Barnes, M. Hardy, T. Grau, and J.-B. Matter and with contemporary composers such as G. Crumb, B. Ferneyhough, M. Finnissy, R. Saunders, M. Illés, R. Hind, N. Russell and A. Sardà. She has also performed with the ensembles Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, Ensemble Court-Circuit and International Contemporary Ensemble.
